First of all, it's a game ban, which can be issued for various reasons.

If it's a ban from a Valve game (for example, CS2), it's permanent and irremovable, so you definitely won't get rid of it.

If it was issued for another game, you'll need to contact their support.

how nice, someone who doesn't read the information provided when they click on the "info" button next to their ban. This is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. If the ban is for CS2 then it can be given for one of a few things, actually thinking of it, there are quite a few games what is the same, and its permanent.
