Are you sure you ain't in contact with a scammer?
Maybe it's something new I wasn't aware of.
VAC itself doesn't have a specific time limit; you're either permanently banned or not banned at all.
So either you're talking about a cooldown or it's a scam.
If it's a cooldown, there's nothing you can do about it and you have to wait it out. No matter what you write here, no one can do anything about it.
If it's a scam:
Follow ALL these steps to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your mobile app https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
I'd rather suspect a cooldown, though, since 180 days are possible there, as far as I know. You'd have to have been noticed a lot for it to last that long.
