You have a game ban, and game bans cover more than just cheats.
Examples of a CS2 game ban include:
Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players. (Griefing)
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Bro i didn't do anything that you mentioned in reply.i'm totally new in cs 2. You can even check my game hours n other profile information. I'm literally confused why they just banned me without any proofs. Even i'm ready to give them my in game recordings.
Might they banned me cause i reports against many of cheaters.🤦♂️

Again you are GAME banned, so nothing to do with VAC.
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support or by anyone on the forums.
Yes Valve has proof of what your account did.... they just don't share that info with end users.

They do have proof, they just won't share it with you
Your only course of action is to create a new account and get the game again if you want to continue playing on secure servers. The ban on this account is permanent and will never be removed

first things first, you have gameban and you still have your account. This is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. Now seeing you mentioned CS2, then i take it the ban is for CS2, which the ban can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. Like i mentioned, this is a community only forum, meaning nobody can look at or do anything about your ban. Steam support will just give you the gameban for CS2 link and tell you to come here to ask question or outright ignore you.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.
Examples include:
Cheating.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.
Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.
Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.
Can I move my Counter-Strike 2 items to a different account?
