Appeal Regarding VAC Ban – Unintentional Use of Prohibited Text
Hello Steam Support,

I recently received a VAC ban on my Steam account, and after carefully reviewing the possible causes, I realized that I had added the text “cyber ggdrop” to my account name. I was not aware that this phrase or similar ones are considered prohibited or associated with third-party websites.

I want to clarify that I never used cheats, exploits, or any external software that could affect gameplay. My only mistake was adding that text to my profile, without knowing it could violate Steam’s or CS2’s policies.

I sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding. I had no intention of breaking any rules, and I completely respect Steam’s terms of service. If possible, I kindly ask you to review my case once more. I’ve already removed the text from my account and will make sure to follow all guidelines properly moving forward.

It is a GAME ban, not a VAC ban.

Your whole argument is invalid. Game bans can be issued for reasons other than cheating..

Game bans have nothing to do with vac or this forum. These forums are also community only so there's no Steam Support here either

Steam Support handle billing issues, they do not investigate game or vac bans
