Your VAC ban is permanent and cannot be appealed.

Bans are not being removed just by posting here.

Only false bans are removed automatically and seeing yours is 936 days old already, it has been checked and re-checked being given correctly multiple times by now.

Create a new account and move on or stick with your banned account and move on anyway.

VAC bans are permanent.
