VAC BAN
I was banned by the developer? I didn't do anything. I often use the platform and rarely use it for leisure. I guarantee that I haven't used any cheating software. I suspect that this ban was imposed by AI, not through manual review. The platform shows me an OW ban. I have already appealed. Can I get a response?

I've seen a lot of this on Twitter. A large number of accounts were banned around early October. Can anyone explain to me if this is a wave of mistaken bans?

No such thing, people are constantly getting banned.
Ban waves are indeed a thing, multiple/many accounts getting banned at once happen. However, it's the association between "wave" and "false bans" that is the lie here.

Speaking of false associations, the OP states not playing with cheats while also knowing it's an Overwatch ban, not a VAC ban. Which is a classical non-sequitur reasoning which is a sign of a lie and/or populism.

The ow ban I'm talking about is an artificial supervision ban. Was there an artificial supervision ban in cs2? I feel that was an AI supervision ban. And the vac ban is not without error bans.
If I was banned for cheating, where could I go to appeal? I filed an appeal, but there was no reply from the customer service. I wasn't banned for cheating (vac cheating), but for regulatory reasons. I think the regulation is handled by AI.

game bans are for many reasons, not just cheating.
I have evidence to prove that I did not cheat. I also sent it to the customer service. However, such mistakes resulting in account bans do exist. You can't deny this. The current supervision and ban measures make me feel like it's an AI-based ban. They are randomly banning people there. I will be responsible for what I said because I have never used any cheating methods. Cheating is something I detest the most.

You have a GAME ban. Since there are various possible reasons for this, cheats are not necessary to receive this punishment.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
Since support is the highest authority you can reach as a normal user and they have no way of removing the ban, the answer is: Nowhere.

The reason doesn't really matter, since you won't be able to get rid of the ban anyway.

However, he shouldn't directly give you a permanent ban. I think it should be a temporary ban for today and a warning for the next offense, and then a permanent ban if it happens again. Of course, cheaters should receive a permanent ban.

Isn't this arbitrary blocking a violation of my rights? Should I just tolerate being wrongly blocked? I don't know if you are speaking up for them because you work for them, but I just want to enjoy playing this game. I usually play it for leisure as well. But he blocked me for no reason. Now I'm very disappointed with this blocking.

You signed away your rights when you agreed to the Steam TOS when you made your account.
in short, you got no rights.

Luckily, you don’t make the rules.

It's not arbitrary; you only receive a game ban if there's evidence that you've violated the rules.
And what rights are you talking about? House rules and thus the rules are set by Valve, and you agreed to this when you created your account.

I even said here that no one from support is in the vac forum, which you should have seen.
The vac forum is ONLY for regular users.

I want one thing or another too, but unfortunately that won't change anything.

Thank you. How can I contact the developer? I want to appeal against my ban.

You can save yourself the trouble and I already told you that.
