VAC bans are exclusively issued for cheating and are both permanent and non-negotiable.

Unless "no absoluetly reason" was the name of the cheat you were using that's not why your account's banned. Either your account or one linked to yours was caught on a VAC-secured server with cheats installed on the computer.
