PERMANENT BAN.

Please unlock my account because I did not use the software, I did not know that my teammate was using the software.
I was banned even though someone else used it. PERMANENT BAN.

This forum is for discuss about bans, and for discuss ONLY, not to remove bans.

Your GAME BAN is permanent as specified in the FAQ
Please read and note that Game ban aren't issued only for cheating but also for other rules violations.

indeed no one here can remove the ban ... not even support can. simple fact ban is as said permanent and can't be appealed in ANY way. So, if you got a ban that's it the verdict is final
