за что меня заблокировали??? а мне дали вак бан на всегда!!!

And you're still surprised?

The reason for a VAC ban is always the same: cheats discovered.
And yes, the bans are permanent and cannot be removed.

He still has two bans left to collect, but I don't think he can get any more.

I don't think he'll be able to get the trade ban, but he can only get one more. The forum ban, but that one is very rare, and few people have it. xD
