Before you thank someone for something, you should take a closer look at what you've received.

It's not a VAC ban, but a game ban, so cheats aren't necessary.

Look at your profile. That is a game a ban and those are given for other reasons besides cheating.

Well doing nothing in a match can be seen as a form of griefing, which is against the game's rules. Make a new account and stop violating the rules if you want to play again.

The moderators aren't directly employed by Valve, but work for another company that's paid by Valve.
It's like owning a store where you pay another company to send their people to stock your merchandise.

Therefore, there is actually no one in the vac forum who works directly for Valve, and the moderators are only there to edit the topics anyway.
