vac ban?why?
I'm a new player with just over 20 hours of gameplay. I only play Casual mode for a bit after work, and I'm as bad as a stray dog on the street. Could it be that I'm so terrible that I got mistaken for a bot used to farm weapon cases or Arsenal Pass progress? But who would put $3,000 worth of skins on a bot account??? Even half an hour before getting banned, I was still buying my favorite team stickers on the market! What criteria does VAC use to issue bans? I've appealed through multiple channels, but all my efforts have gone unanswered. What should I do?

It has been almost a week, and I have no way to appeal.
First of all, it's a game ban, which you can receive for various reasons, such as toxic behavior, botting, manipulation of matchmaking ranks, etc.
Just because you play poorly won't get you banned; that would be absurd.

The value of your skins is neither a protection against a ban nor does it prove your innocence.

There's nothing you can do except create a new account, since the ban can't be removed.
Before you ask: No, you can't transfer your skins.

No, I find it absolutely absurd. A normal person wouldn't cheat or use bots with an account that has an inventory, right? I played three Casual matches on October 3rd, and over seven hours later, I got banned. During that time, I was still buying things on the market non-stop.

First of all, there have been countless cheaters in the past with valuable inventory, either because they used cheats or purchased the accounts (which, of course, is also illegal).

By the way, why are you talking about cheats again?
I told you there are various reasons and even gave you a few examples.

Yes, people have cheated on accounts with far more expensive inventories try 10k+.

Not sure why you are so focused on cheating as you were just told game bans can be issued for other reasons.

Bans are delayed, so what your were doing at the time doesn't matter. The account was flagged weeks or even months before the ban showed up on the account.

Your ban is permanent, I also wonder if VAC just turned into a supreme anticheat overnight, I've seen many high tier acc. getting blasted by it left and right.😂
You are banned because you are a bot, it's as simple as that..

Can I appeal my game ban?

No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

no point replying to that user. they are known troll/spammer, they keep changing their name, posting nonsense, then turn around and play dumb, when they being confronted about the stuff they post. just block them, they know full well the info regarding gamebans and vacban. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/discussions/forum/9/595137983640770313/ one of their early threads where they started
