В профиле, с которого вы пишите, банов НЕТ. С чего вы решили, что забанены? Какое именно сообщение выдаёт игра?

Sounds like you're getting scammed, the scammer will probably contact you soon and tell you to transfer your skins to a friend. at which point he'll steal them.
someone will post the faq on what to do.

Вы НЕ забанены! НИКУДА НЕ ПЕРЕДАВАЙТЕ ВЕЩИ! Ваш аккаунт взломан и вас тупо разводят. Настоящий VAC-бан - красная надпись под уровнем профиля.

Именно в таком порядке:
1) Выйти со всех устройств https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage (кнопка внизу)
2) Отозвать ключ здесь https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (новый регистрировать НЕ надо - должно быть пустое поле)
3) Сменить пароль на акке
4) НИКОГДА БОЛЬШЕ НЕ ВВОДИТЬ ДАННЫЕ ОТ СВОЕГО АККА СТИМА В БРАУЗЕРЕ НА ЛЮБЫХ САЙТАХ.

После того, как выполните пункты выше - можете удалить этот бред из профиля

I would be more careful with how you use your account in the future, they could not have changed your profile and added themselves to your friends list without them having access to your account.
next time they might choose to cheat with your account and you WILL get a very permanent ban.

Ask yourself how they got access to your account, did you use a skin trading site? did you fall for a scam? did you game somewhere outside your home like school or a pc club? there are many ways to get your account hijacked.
