If you have a cooldown, you must be patient and wait it out.

No permanent bans on your account.

If you got a cooldown, then it's temporary, don't stack them as with every level the longer the cooldown gets.

just doesnt make any sense getting VAC suspended if i did nothing besides playing regularly, so now every time i have a good game i get VAC?

i did read the guide, i dont apply to any of the suspension reasons, unless im cheating and i didnt knew...

If nothing applies to you, you still have a cooldown and need to find out why, nobody here knows anything about such things because we don't have intel.
