It's a game ban, and no one can tell you the exact reason.
I assume you are talking about a ban in CS2?

For one thing, there are several possible reasons, and all the regular users in the VAC forum don't have access to the data related to your ban.
If you were to submit a ticket to support, they wouldn't give you a precise answer.

As I said, support can't help you; they can neither remove the ban nor tell you the exact reason for it.

Again: GAME ban, not VAC ban.
