Game bans for VALVe games can not be appealed.
You can create a new account and move on with life.
· Steam Profile: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/profiles/76561199606431300/
· Total CS Playtime: ~400 hours
· Primary Game Modes: Casual, Arms Race (mainly for missions and case farming)
2. Timeline & Key Reasons for the False Ban:
· One Week Before Ban: I received a 7-day cooldown for "failing to reconnect to a match." During these 7 days, I did not play the game at all.
· The Only Day of Play After Cooldown (Crucial!): After the 7-day ban ended, I only logged in to play on one single day, and I exclusively played "Arms Race" and "Casual" modes. My goal was simply to play a few matches for weekly missions and earn skin cases.
· Observation of Anomaly: During the matches that day, I clearly observed suspicious in-game bots (not official bots). These accounts had obvious traits: names resembling advertisers, or they were AFK/behaving erratically. I was merely randomly matched with them and have zero association with them.
· The Ban Occurred: Two days after this gaming session (October 5th), my account was hit with the OW ban.
3. My Conclusion & Appeal:
Based on the facts above, I strongly suspect this ban resulted from:
· AI Overwatch Misjudgment: The immature AI Overwatch system might have associated me with the ad-bot accounts in the same matches and incorrectly attributed their cheating behavior to me.
· Rumored "Guilt by Association" Mechanism: There are community rumors that simply being in a match with cheaters/ad-bots can lead to all players in that lobby being flagged by the system. I believe I fell victim to this mechanism.
I hereby solemnly declare that I have never used any cheating software, hacks, or any form of unauthorized program. My 400 hours of playtime are a testament to my love for this game, and I would never risk my account.
This ban is a great injustice to me. I kindly ask community members to help by boosting this post for visibility. I also sincerely hope that if any Valve staff see this, they could perform a manual and thorough review of my account (srnzx88718), check my recent match history and modes, and revoke this incorrect ban.
Thank you all for taking the time to read my lengthy statement. Any advice or support is greatly appreciated.
Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.
Important info. No matter what you post here, bans are not removed by just posting here.
game bans are permanent.
Only in 3 of them did you get a positive score. Even so, maybe it's just luck because we all have a good day and everything is normal.
I don't know, but it's possible that you used "Skin Changer," a program that gives you fake skins that only you see and that doesn't affect the game or your opponents. However, that's still one of the possible reasons for bans.
I say this because a colleague who was also banned had admitted to using the "skin changer," and that led to the ban.
*) In case I'm wrong, just wait a few days, appeal to support, and wait and see. If they don't remove it, I'll tell you that it's permanent, and even if you last 102 years, they'll never remove it.
Even if humans become extinct and the dinosaurs return and they have an autonomous civilization, after 50,000 more years, the same will continue. Permanent ban
"Well, that's as long as artificial intelligence rules the world and protects Steam servers," as if it were Skynet from the Terminator movie.
I was a little dramatic, but the ban is permanent.
Cheating isn't the only way to earn a game ban.

Lol... You can make up all the stories you want, you know exactly why you got banned... Next time, don't cheat if you don't want to be banned.. It's as simple as that..
Make a new account and move on..
hello,
there is no reason to write a fake story, or 'fake facts' - no one can verify the truth of these words, the ban is between yourself and the game developer, there is no reason to try to recruit people to one's individual problem. 'trust me bro these are real facts' does not work, as every player attempting to evade a ban by writing here lies about the premise.
discuss it with the game developer, and remember no answer IS an answer. as i assume you've already done that, there is just no reason to continue the discussion.
thanks for coming to the VAC Discussion forum to discuss your 'Banned due to encountering ad-bots in Casual' - which we know to be a fake reason the writer invented off the top of his head, and understanding that only users attend this forum, no game developers who ban players read this forum.
-regards

Worth as much as the chat gpt generated excuse itself.
