There's no VAC forum in the VAC forum, and you don't have a VAC ban.

Read the in-game message carefully and don't panic just because of the word "VAC" in it.

There is no vac ban on your account. If it's a vac error use the pinned thread at the top of the vac forum to help with the issue
If it's a global cooldown, wait it out, nothing more can be done
