The account has a GAME ban. Not a VAC ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum..

Game bans can be issued for reasons besides cheating.

I understand that this is a game ban and not a VAC ban.
However, I still don’t know the exact reason for this ban.
My game was constantly crashing, and I joined a casual match just to check if it was fixed — then suddenly I got banned.
I didn’t cheat or use any third-party software, so I would really appreciate if the support team could review my case.

Nobody can review anything for you.

These are user forums, no one here can investigate or remove a ban.

Game bans can be issued for cheating, greifing, matchmaking manipulation and other reasons dependant on game.

Why

I have over 3,000 hours in the game, and I have never used any cheats.
I was banned for no reason.

Posting here doesn't do anything, you either wait until the ban is eventually removed automatically or you are out of luck and it's permanent.

1. You can get a game ban for a variety of reasons, not just cheats or software.
2. Support can't remove your game ban.

Here again you are only talking about cheats and your playing time is no proof of your innocence.

In short:
It doesn't matter what you say here or whether you submit a support ticket, your GAME ban (which is not a VAC ban) is permanent and no one can remove it.
