Again, it doesn't matter what it says in the game, it only matters what it says on your profile. You have multiple game bans so yeah. They are permanent.

Please take into account the fact that I have not been banned from any games, and I was banned from the game RUST by mistake. I am currently trying to appeal the ban, and I have almost 3,000 hours in the game.

yip, either he got a ban in both games (cs2 and Rust) or two bans in one game. if in two games then two separate systems caught him out
