Your account has a GAME BAN.
Support can not do anything about it anyhow..
Nothing to do. Game bans in Valve games permanent.
Game bans in cs2 can be for cheating, griefing, repeated bad behavior, or matchmaking manipulation.
If your ban is false, it will be automatically removed at a later date, otherwise it's permanent and can't be appealed under any circumstances.
Please note that these false game bans usually result from an error or issue on valves end and are exceedingly rare, like winning the lottery several times in one day rare.
Steam support is also unable to remove or investigate game bans in cs2, or any game for that matter.
This is also a user forum. No one here can remove or investigate your ban.
Hahahahaha, it's incredible how people try to boost their ego by buying a knife, then they boost it even more by increasing their elo. When it gets harder, they use programs and then see them on the forum asking what happened.
The same thing happened to this user with 17k elo that I saw in a video.

"Why do I have a ban? I didn't do anything." And when they catch them on video, they don't say anything else.
Surely someone around the world has a video of you doing magic in CS2, and what was supposed to happen happened.
CS2 bans aren't free, not even for mistakes.
hopefully u have a job to buy more skins to cheat on a different account
