The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

VALVe has all the required info about any bans but they don't share them. You need to figure out yourself what is the ban reason.

Game bans for VALVe games are permanent tho and can't be appealed.

Acest contul are o interdictie de JOC, nimic de face cu VAC sau acest forum.

Utilizatorii sunt responsabili de securitatea contului si de tot ce se intampla pe acesta. Conti interdictie care sunt hijacked / furate sunt permanenta si nu pot face apela.
