Дали VAC пока аккаунт был угнан
у меня в году 21 украли аккаунт, я гдето месяц не мог его вернуть, но когда вернул у меня уже был VAC несколько дней, я даже не знаю за что он, хотя до кражи аккаунта я играл в кс уже давно и ни разу ничего запрещенного не использовал, жалко терять прайм статус который мне дали бесплатно тогда

That is wrong information. Steam Support neither removes game or VAC bans, they simply can't. Wasting resources for appeals that are not a thing is useless.

Took you 1493 days to notice?

You've had enough years to read the ban information that your ban is permanent.
