Writing to support is pointless, as they don't have the authority to remove your game ban.

there's no need to create a fake story here, or draw anyone else into the individual issue. contacting support is the only thing that can be done, and remember, no response IS a response.

Try looking at your profile. That's what matters. What it says in game does not matter at all.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

Bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Be sure to read EVERYTHING....even the information contained within the links. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER REASONS BESIDES CHEATING.

The ban is permanent.

It will not be removed.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.



Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

Playing with or against cheaters does not cause your account to be banned. This is an old excuse that has never worked.
