What duration? your Game ban is Permanent, and Permanent means forever, it’s equivalent to infinite duration. Read the info better.

That is what support would get you too, articles and FAQ's and that's it.

Nobody here can investigate or remove bans, posting here is pointless.

Also not even support can remove bans, you can either wait, until the ban is being removed applied due to an error or whatever or you have to live with it.

Or you create a new account.
