you have no bans. Either you got a global cooldown or a disconnected by vac, neither is permanent

you on the other hand have a gameban, which means your profile was caught breaking rules and its permanent. go to your profile and click on the info button.

always amazing that people don't read what is posted. Gamebans are not given for no reason, its given because your profile was caught breaking the rules. So go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban
