It won't turn into a game ban, it is a temporary ban, I experienced it myself on my other alt. acc. ofc. I am not cheating cuz cheating is morally wrong, my mother taught me not to cheat in online videogames.

Well I'm not that sure about if it won't turn into a perm ban given the duration of the cooldown

It won't turn into permanent ban all VAC live bans isn't permanent, VAC ban is the real death sentence lol.
