your account was not hacked, it was hijacked because YOU were careless with your password.

In addition to what Vamp already said, I also find it strange that you're only complaining about this after more than 200 days, or that it took more than 200 days to get your account back.

Your game ban is correct, permanent, and irremovable, because it doesn't matter who violated the rules with your account.
