Hello Steam Support,

I recently received a VAC ban on my account, and I would like to understand more about it. I want to clarify that I have never used cheats, third-party software, or anything that would violate the rules. This situation is very confusing and concerning for me, as I always try to play fairly and respect the community guidelines.

Could you please review my case and let me know what might have triggered this ban? If possible, I would appreciate any information about the evidence or reason behind it, so I can better understand the situation.

game bans are permanent.

Not a vac ban, that's a game ban.
game bans are given for many reasons, not just for cheating.

The account has a GAME ban. Not a VAC ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum..

another copy and paste/chatgpt. you have a gameban and not a vacban. bans are permanent and this is a community only forum
