Hello Steam Support,

I recently received a VAC ban on my account, and I am very shocked and worried because I have never used cheats or any third-party programs that would violate the rules. I have invested a lot of time and money into this account, and I value it very much.

I kindly ask you to review this ban and check if there was any mistake. I truly respect the rules and would never risk losing my account in such a way.

no support and no vacban. But you do have a gameban, which is given for one of a few things and if its for any Valve games, then its permanent
