at least you got it right on what ban you have. there is a few things what can get you a gameban, that includes cheating. This is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. Valve and any other dev will not tell you exactly what caused the ban. also its permanent

You won't get anything, VALVe does not disclose ban reasons for any and all reasons.
