Account saving and cheating in my account

In last 4 years I was playing at one game center we go every weekend but I don't know my account was get saved on that pc and one of the members of game center he also using cheat and get 5 accounts ban he play with my account when im not in there and using cheat if you see I was clear player and in account last match he also using my account and abuse my account to do cheat and getting me vac ban I emailed 3 time and telling this but nobody answering

account security is your responsibility. Irrelevant who used the account, the account was caught breaking the rules. so ban is permanent

Account security is your responsibility. The account being used to cheat is on you.

Also it is a game ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

I know it's hard to getting someone unban but it was a mistake from me and they playing me because in nights I was never at that game center and they abused me because my account saved

No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

I know ban is permanent but I'm asking you guys this is my main account I have 400 win in cs when I played and I hope you understand I was in bad plan when they played me and ban my account and now after 1042 days I want to help me

what do you not understand regarding that account security is your responsibility and bans are permanent? seeing you are trying to get a community ban as well with spamming threads
