Бан по ошибке в кс2

я получил VAC бан в кс2 52 дн назад я хз почему я не юзал читы на мой аккаунт никто кроме меня не заходил, я сам силвер 1, я не знаю что делать поддержка не помогает.

The account has a GAME ban. Not a VAC ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum..

Game bans can be given for reasons other than cheating.

Support does not remove bans.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Examples include:
Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

gamebans for cs2 is given for one of a few things and its permanent.
