You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, that includes not playing on malware and cheat infested computers.

Create a new account and move on, your's isn't worth anything anyway.

nowhere. Bans are permanent. Either you go to your profile and click on the info button and read through the info, accept the ban and move on. Or create a new account.
