I got banned without hacking??
There was a point where i hacked a bit in private matches but never in actual matches and after around 3 days i deleted all the cheats and never had anything on again. Yet after around 3 weeks i just now got banned without even hacking? i dont know if im just too good or what but i had some things on my acc and i would never hack so i got banned. If possible i would like a reevaluation of my vac ban so please do look at my gameplay or something like that i have absolutely nothing on my pc. so do also check that i just want my acc back

You don't have a VAC ban, that's a GAME BAN.
game bans are for more than just cheating, judging by your post they just did not like your attitude.

I was practically never toxic and it says vac ban in the game but i dont really know anything about the game. if so its really stupid that i get a game ban for saying 1 toxic thing every 1 month

You have a game ban, not a VAC ban, those can be given for more than just cheating.

Game bans in VALVe games are permanent and non-negotiable.

In the article it says the reasons why u can get banned i dont see the reason of being toxic and then i just cant really understand why i got banned since i have absolutely nothing suspicious in my files or anything like that.

Griefing is also bannable, toxicity, i don't know but it's probably reportable.

Ban reasons are never shared with users, so it's completely on you WHAT got you banned.

You can get a game ban if you were caught griefing and killing your teammates on purpose or just for fun, the first griefing ban is just a temporary cooldown for few days, the second one usually a permanent, but in your case, you were using cheat and got caught by Overwatch.

All bans can be delayed, another thing to consider are leftovers from cheats on your computer, that can also get you banned because you don't know for sure what is loading with the game in the background. Most people here suggest a clean Windows install to get rid of any cheat traces.

In the counter strike games, griefing or just being a jerk too often is a ban-able offense.
Blatantly cheating, multiple griefing offenses, or account boosting can get you banned in CS.

if you really not cheating on official competitive game, you would have gotten a VAC ban for using cheat on your "private matches", the game ban on your profile is prove that you either caught cheating or griefing on the official match.
