VAC ban
Good day,

Playing Dota only for one week - was nevver using any cheats/programs
Got message about permanent ban.
Never write any message to chat
Have no any idea why

Good thing is, it's not a VAC ban but a game ban.

Bad thing is, game bans for VALVe games are permanent and non-negotiable.

Posting here doesn't remove the ban.

I even don`t know what means "game ban" and what I did wrong...

There is nothing you can do. The ban is permanent.

"A game ban in DotA 2 is given for gross misconduct like verbal abuse, cheating, smurfing, boosting or unsportsmanlike conduct like intentional feeding. A DotA 2 game ban is not appealable under any circumstance."

I never did any of those, I play like 20 hours - and half of it with against bots...
