Hej. ja skulle vilja få bort min permamentban från cs jag vet inte vrf jag fick det min vän sovde över hos mig o jag låg o sov o han spela cs sen så väcker han mig o då är jag permamentbannad o jag vet inte hur!

You said it yourself, the ban is permanent, so it can't be removed.

The security of your account is your responsibility.
So the game ban is correct.
