What exactly do you expect from Valve other than the fact that nothing changes? The red text is permanent, your ban won’t be removed. Am I missing anything?

So you've confirmed the ban is A: Not false, B: Deserved and C: You're not here to appeal it. So why would you need to get in contact with a developer then? The ban's permanent.
