I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time of the infraction, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed. While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Account sharing is also against the Steam Subscriber Agreements.

VAC ban are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Account security is your responsibility, You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Regardless of who was using the account during the time of the infraction, the ban will not be removed.

You where banned (116) Days Ago VAC Bans are permanent and non negotiable you can read about VAC Bans below, make a new account your account is your responsiblility i suggest you read the steam agreement before making an account.

It was already said but you violated the SSA (Steam Subscriber Agreement), your account could be suspended.

Then game it out with your cousin, he obviously didn't play by the rules. Account security is your responsibility.
