Just like all store credit it is only useable at the store it’s for. So no it is not possible.
i was thinking maybe there's something like a store or marketplace app on google play that are selling steam, xbox, ps gift cards, that accept gcp as payment method
or maybe other workoround that i might missed, idk
Store credit is not a bank account. Store credit can't be withdrawn/converted into cash or used in another store in any way, shape or form. Even if it was possible for Google to sell other store gift cards, store credit could not be used to purchase them. Store credit can't even be used to buy store's own gift cards as that would enable transfer of funds.
Give it up. It won't be happening. Store credit can only and solely be used in the store they were issued, nothing else, period.
