steam guard

i just wanna to move authenticator from broken phone, that i cant use, cuz the full screen is broken, and i wanna move it to new phone, but steam says, that u need two phones, and they need to be working, idk what to do, cuz, when i creating a new code in mobile with steam guard, in the pc, its says that i did the authenticator 4 days ago, and i need to scan a qr-code, and when i scan it, its says "failed etc" help please, i fr need to move authenticator, or to delete the full steam guard app from broken phone.

Delete both devices via PC and do it again with the new phone I had the same problem then just connect your new phone bing done

I understand that it's necessary for safety,
but I hope the creators of this app suffer in the flames of hell for 1000 years for destroying the brains of the majority of humans. Not only is it incompatible with older smartphones, but the app's UI and system are terrible, so I hope the whole team goes to hell.
