If you don't know the email you used or the phone number connected to it, you cannot recover it.
Those are two of the basic "proof of ownership" things.
If you can't prove you own the account Support will not give you access.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the stolen/lost account to recover it.

Unable to truthful if those are not accessibles from the people that want recover their account.
By past I traded mostly posts where a Stolen account is unrecoverable, even if you submit proofs...
So without even e-mail access or phone access, it would be really nonsense?
