- Games that display a MacOS / Apple Logo should be compatible on MacOS computers.
Steam does not sell games on Mobile. Apple & Google wouldn't allow them to either...
Phones, iPads & Tablets will not locally run games from Steam. (can't install them either)

Can you use GeForce NOW?
Why did you get a gift card for steam, when you do not have a PC? Also, It states on each game page which systems it will run on, and the minimum specs of the system to be able to run it.
Hopefully no one tells them that a phone is a tiny computer 😬
You can download mobile apps and games via the app store provided on your device, Whether's it's apple's app store on iPhones or Google Play on Android devices.
Games available on Steam do not locally run on mobile devices because these are not games made for mobile devices. Use whichever app store to find games for YOUR device.
As I already said in my first comment:
Neither Apple or Google would realistically allow Steam to directly compete with them on mobile platforms. An attempt to do so would cause all of Valve's applications to be removed from both Google's app store and Apple's app store.
