Audio player for videogame OSTs on the steam mobile app

I'm not going to manually download audio files through Steam and upload them individually as local files to listen to them through other apps, like Spotify. I need a Steam end-to-end user experience (on the mobile app) to justify speending money on OSTs on the Steam Store.
