Guidelines question: Does promoting community discord servers count as "commercial content"?

if the discord is for a game, and that games steam board is where you posted it I wouldn't think it's a problem
EDIT now if you posted a game discord in a completely different games steam board then your probably not in for happy times

not for a game/topic relevant community(<---which is what the OP was asking) discord. Otherwise 2/3rds of the Pinned dev posts on a given board would be against terms.
