"You've made too many requests recently" for MONTHS
For the past 5 months, every single time I've tried to access my inventory, or a market, or literally anything that involves trading, I've been told I made "too many requests" even though I've done literally nothing. As far as I know, it just started happening one day when I tried to enter the marketplace. I tried to buy something and got the error.

I've spent literally weeks without taking as much as a single look at my inventory or the market place or literally anything that could cause steam to think I've made too many requests, but after all this time I just can't get it to work anymore.

As far as I know I don't have IP or ISP issues, I don't have a single VAC, game, or trade ban, I'm not using any extensions or apps or literally anything that affects steam, and I STILL can't access much.

What am I even supposed to do? I'm not even doing anything wrong as far as I know. It happens on both PC and my phone, even though I've waited, multiple hours per day, refraining myself from opening my inventory or the market.

I've tried resetting my router and pretty much anything related to internet in my home, and still nothing works. Only piece of advice I've gotten is reinstalling Steam, and I'd rather not do that, it's way too much of a hassle and I'd rather not have to reinstall everything I've ever owned on steam unless absolutely necessary.

Please help.

I seen that message a good amount while being in university, becouse there many users there connecting to Steam from the same IP I assume was the main reason
Is it possible its something of that sort?

I'm at my house, not in a public space, and I'm the only one that has Steam, so probably no?

I will say I am really guessing here, not really sure why it can happen, had it here and there in the past
Is it possible you got some software running like something to drop cards or something?
Like over all I think the error happens if for some reason your network sends an amount of requests to Steam that they should not
Do you have this error with the phone or something as well maybe?
