Watch out /screenshot.png links from friends
This has been around for a while but seems like it's flared up recently. You may find that some of your friends will send a link that ends in /screenshot.png (I won't post the actual link but the messages I've received follow this sort of pattern, "User: WTF??? http:// xxxxxxxx. com/screenshot.png")

DO NOT CLICK IT.

I'm sure most of you are pretty familiar with phishing links but just a warning anyway. A couple of my friends have been affected and start sending these kind of messages to random people on their friends list.

They join the steam group "testperiod" then start spamming that link in steam chat and "Hi bro you need it? http:// xxxxxxx. com/screenshot.png" in profile comments (like who would click that... seriously) etc.

Seems like the aim is to steal those precious CS:GO skins (as those are the only things my friends are missing). So if you value those skins, WATCH OUT (don't click links anyway...)

TL:DR Don't click http:// xxxxxxxx. com/screenshot.png from friends. (not the actual link)

It's really nice that you want to warn users but we already have a pinned warning thread.

Ah cool, I'm not really on the forums much >.<. The main part I wanted to point out is it's coming from friends. I know my friends weren't really paying attention and just went ahead and clicked the link since it was from their close buddies.
