RevoltG app disrespects game creators
RevoltG app is neither licensed games nor licensed Netflix. Their so-called “licensed” advertising is nothing but a distortion of the truth: stealing someone else’s product, reselling it, and then loudly claiming “official rights.” That’s even worse than a thief who cries foul while robbing. What they actually do is buy a game and then rent it out, which is a blatant violation of Steam’s policies as well as the terms and agreements between developers and official digital distributors.

To put it bluntly, this is just renting and playing pirated games through someone else’s account. Users have to accept every risk: installing software that deeply interferes with the system, no cloud save, no participation in discussions, communities, trading cards, reviews, or any other features tied to the original account. And of course, there’s no revenue sharing and not a single cent of support goes to the developers.

It’s similar to the book-rental shops in Vietnam 20 years ago: someone would buy a few books from a bookstore and then rent them out to others. But back then, at least no one dared to disguise “renting” and falsely claim they were an official distributor selling “licensed” books.

Those with a bit of fame who still use Revolt are merely looking for excuses to justify and cover up the wrongdoing of such software, turning a blind eye to its illegitimacy, all for the sake of making a living.

What does this have to do with Steam, exactly?
