Steam Invetory and Market not opening

It's been 1 week, i still no able to open my market and inventory. Does anyone have a solution for this? Does Anyone have the same problem?

what error are you getting? are you using browser, client, or app?

Same i think it is been more than 2 weeks for me i asked support an they did not help at all

Guessing it is the IP rate limiter

IP Rate limiter. Prevents bombarding of the marketplace and inventory servers by users with browser add on's, Bots, and off site skin / item trade sites.

Too many page requests from the same IP address.

then the answer in post#3 is the answer. Change your ip address

Same problem with my account since the recent update on Steam. I can't access Market and Inventory. I tried to clear cache, re-install steam, etc. but still same, Market is only blank page and Inventory says error too many request. What's up with this issue?
