Ever since that payment processor debacle, there were occasions of certain users who post nothing but spam and vulgar threats.

I noticed that too. Some of them have spammed links to porn sites.

I noticed that too. Some of them have spammed links to porn sites.

Those were due to other grievances against Valve.

That user is also the one that spams the malicious links.

The timing was just coincidence.

All I've noticed so far is mods overstepping their position and falsely flagging ♥♥♥♥. Had one give me a day ban for correcting some retired mod about the history and use of greenlight for "disrespect"

But what do you expect, moderators of any site are the lowest of the low and usually the rejects from fiverr.

Most accounts were posting normally until they decided to go all out and spam hate speech and scams. Or they got hacked.

Account hijackers are intentionally getting accounts community banned to prevent them from contacting support apparently.

Which is why they're spamming links to adult sites and other blatantly offensive stuff.

Being community banned doesn't prevent you from contacting support.
