We are a group of Steam users from the Arab region, and we would like to kindly request the addition of Arabic language support for the Steam interface (menus, store, settings, and client UI).

Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and having it officially supported on Steam would:

1. Greatly improve the experience for Arabic-speaking users.


2. Make it easier for new players from the region to navigate the store and services without language barriers.


3. Strengthen Steam’s presence in the Middle East and North Africa, which is one of the fastest-growing gaming communities globally.



We truly appreciate that many developers can already add Arabic in their games, but we hope to see the same support extended to the Steam client and store interface.

We kindly ask you to consider this request, and we assure you that the Arabic community is more than willing to help with feedback and translation efforts if needed.
