This is not rocket science.
I have had to have cloud saves turned off, for over a year now, because the cloud saves are difficult and annoying. They download without permission and sometimes there's games I have't played in years, and don't even remember having a save for that is impossible to get rid of.
It's particularly obnoxious on games that only have a single save file.
Steam needs to figure out a way for users to, at the VERY LEAST, request some or all cloud saves get deleted.
I hate this "automatic" ♥♥♥♥, that 90% of the time, does the opposite of what I want.
